Refund policy

At Viraasat Wedding Centre, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an eligible product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet the applicable return conditions, we will be happy to assist you in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The product meets any other return conditions specified on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear

For clothing and wedding wear, products that have been worn, washed, altered, tailored, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Request Period

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Altered or tailored garments
  • Products that have been worn or washed
  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during special clearance/final-sale promotions, where stated

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs/videos of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.

5. Exchange

If exchanges are available for the particular product, the replacement will be subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide another suitable resolution, such as a refund, in accordance with this policy.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Viraasat Wedding Centre may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable original payment method, wherever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Refund Deductions

Where applicable, refunds may exclude:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Any other charges that are clearly communicated to you before processing the return

No deduction will be made for issues caused by an error on our part, subject to verification.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed, packed, customized, or shipped.

For customized or altered products, cancellation may not be available once production or alteration has begun.

10. Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased during special sales, clearance events, or promotional offers may have different return or exchange conditions.

Any special return restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product page or at the time of purchase.
